Some might think that\u2019s early but I was fine with it. The paradox is that walking early is easy. It\u2019s staying awake that is hard. It\u2019s also getting to sleep at a reasonable time despite noisy neighbours that is hard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the run itself was at a pace I found comfortable until the end. It sped up so i had to speed up to. To be fair it was the people at the front that sped up and i matched them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advantage of the morning run is that you can get some sport in before a day of office work.
