It also implies that I am wearing the Apple watch for no reason today. My step count will be low, as will my calories burned count, and finally my exercise minutes. On a day like today I could keep it off, for peace of mind. I really wish Apple Fitness behaved like Strava, rather than a silo.

I could go on a run today but if I do I need to wear clothes that dry easily when I get home. I still have Catarrh but I feel better. If I run I might clear it sooner.

"The word "catarrh" comes from 15th-century French catarrhe, Latin catarrhus, and Greek Ancient Greek: ?????????[5] (katarrhein): kata- meaning "down" and rhein meaning "to flow." The Oxford English Dictionary quotes Thomas Bowes’ translation of Pierre de la Primaudaye’s The [second part of the] French academic (1594): "Sodainely choked by catarrhs, which like to floods of waters, runner downwards."
source

I want to feel good again.

The weekend is approaching and I could go for a VF this weekend at Sixt Fer à Cheval but I am not tempted to drive that far, to be with that group. I did see another plan that sounds more fun. People are driving from Lyon to do the Bellevaux VF before camping for one night before doing the Thones VF. That’s a project that I like the sound of. The drive I have is short so I don’t need to camp, but the idea of camping rather than driving back and forth is alluring. I don’t know anything about the people though.

I was not inspired today, so I have experimented with a different style. If I felt well I am sure that I would be passionate about finding something to do, but now I think spontaneous plans could be more fun. A spontaneous bike ride for example.

Reading Time: 2 minutesToday it’s raining, which may imply that I will not go out for a walk, or a run, and definitely not a bike ride.
